The 2027 Awaken Esthetics Retreat will be held at Lied Lodge at Arbor Day Farms in Nebraska City, Nebraska, bringing our community together in the Heartland of America.
The new location offers attendees two convenient airport options and places the retreat within easy reach of Omaha and Lincoln.
FLIGHT INFORMATION

Omaha
Omaha's airport is approximately 45 minutes from Lied Lodge and will be the closest airport option for many attendees.
Lincoln
Lincoln is approximately 50 miles from Lied Lodge and provides another convenient option for attendees traveling into Nebraska.
When booking your flight, we recommend comparing both airports for the schedule and airfare that works best for you. Remember all arriving flights should arrive prior to 5 PM on leaving enough travel time to the lodge to attend the Welcome Reception at 7 PM, September 24, 2027.

Attendees and speakers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Lied Lodge. Transportation may be reserved directly through the lodge and must be scheduled at least seven days in advance.
Lied Lodge transportation pricing is approximately $40 to $85, depending on the transportation option selected.
Uber and Lyft are also available from the Omaha area and Nebraska City. For planning purposes, we recommend budgeting approximately $80–$120 one way from Omaha to Lied Lodge, although actual fares will vary based on demand, time of day, vehicle type, and availability.

Each attendee is responsible for booking their own travel to and from the retreat.
We recommend planning your flight so you can arrive at Lied Lodge before 5:00 p.m. on arrival day. This will give you time to travel from the airport, check in, get settled, and be ready to join us for the opening Welcome Reception at 7 PM on September 24, 2027.
Lied Lodge check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy the property while you wait for your room to become available.
Your arrival is part of the retreat experience, so give yourself enough time to settle in, explore the property, and enjoy the beginning of your time with the Awaken community.

Each attendee is responsible for scheduling their departing flight and transportation back to the airport.
Lied Lodge checkout is at 11:00 a.m. on departure day.
When choosing your return flight, please allow enough time to check out, travel from Nebraska City to either the Omaha or Lincoln airport, and arrive with the airline’s recommended amount of time before departure.
If you are using transportation arranged through Lied Lodge, reservations must be made at least seven days in advance. More detailed arrival and departure information will be provided to registered attendees as the retreat approaches.
Please note, we will not be providing any food or snacks on this day, though you may choose to stay and eat at the Lodge and fly out later if you wish to seek your own personal transportation back to Portland International Airport.

what’s included in your stay?
Your retreat registration includes four nights of accommodations at Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, Nebraska, allowing you to remain immersed in the full Awaken experience while you learn, connect, and grow.
Meals, drinks, and snacks are provided throughout the three educational days. Attendees will also enjoy a Welcome Reception, networking opportunities, retreat activities, sponsored gifts, and additional sponsored experiences and activities throughout the event.

Your accommodations are included with your retreat registration, and your room reservation will be coordinated through the Awaken Esthetics Retreat. There is no need to separately reserve your retreat room with Lied Lodge.

Most attendees will be assigned their own individual room as part of their retreat registration.
There may be a limited number of double occupancy options available. If double occupancy is offered, specific instructions and pricing will be provided before registration so you can select the appropriate attendance option when purchasing.
If you are attending with a friend but registering for separate rooms, you may request rooms near one another on your Registration Form. We will do our best to accommodate requests, although final room placement is subject to availability.

Absolutely. If you would like to extend your time in Nebraska City, special discounted rates will be available through Lied Lodge for additional nights before or after the retreat, based on availability.
Why rush home? Consider giving yourself a little extra time to explore Nebraska City, enjoy Arbor Day Farm, and experience even more of the Heartland before or after the retreat.

Awaken attendees traditionally leave with plenty to take home!
If your retreat gifts and sponsor products will not fit in your luggage, shipping options will be available so you can package your items and send them home for an additional charge.

Think layers, comfort, and whatever makes you feel good throughout the retreat.
Bring comfortable clothes you can relax, learn, and move around in, along with your favorite cardigan, light sweater, or jacket for cooler mornings and evenings. September in Nebraska City is typically mild, with warmer afternoons and cooler temperatures after sunset.
Comfortable shoes are also a good idea for walking around the property and enjoying outdoor activities.
Registered attendees will receive a complete packing guide before the retreat.
