  • Mr. Lee serves as a Chief Operations Officer at Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills, Inc. and currently sits on the UCI Medical Patient & Family Advocacy Council and Patient Experience Medical Board. Mr. Lee is a global speaker on the fundamentals of skincare and cosmetic manufacturing as well as professional treatments and medical procedures. In addition to his work, he advises for several colleges in the Southern California Area such as Riverside Community College, Santa Barbara Community College, San Diego Community College, Citrus College, and Golden West College. He is also involved in life sciences working on immunotherapy research and cancer treatments and is a Sunday school teacher for kindergarteners, a men’s bible study leader, and leads the food ministry at his local church. Prior to joining Dermaesthetics, Mr. Lee has worked for various legal and financial institutions in the private equity and investment banking industry, Ministry of Legislation Republic of Korea, CGV Entertainment, and is former director of the Beauty MBA Program and Pacific States University, Los Angeles.   • Dr. Krystal Briglia is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic dermatology, integrative medicine and wellness. She has an extensive and diverse background in healthcare, with over a decade of experience working in emergency, critical care, trauma, aesthetics, healthcare administration and healthcare education. Krystal holds multiple board certifications, including family practice, emergency and critical care. Her educational background includes two undergraduate degrees, a degree in health sciences and bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Delaware. She holds four graduate level degrees, including a master’s degree in nursing leadership, a master’s degree in business administration, and completed her nurse practitioner education at the University of Massachusetts. In 2016, Krystal completed her clinical doctorate in nursing practice. Dr. Briglia is an entrepreneur and specializes in organizational process improvement. She is a lean six sigma master black belt, a certified six sigma champion and a certified Kaizen facilitator. She also has a passion for education and spent 6 years teaching health profession graduate level courses.     In 2020, Dr. Briglia founded Triada Integrative Medicine and Wellness, a New Jersey based practice. She developed the wellness center with her husband who also practices in healthcare as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. The couple met in working in the emergency department and witnessed firsthand the healthcare gaps patients experience seeking treatments and care to feel better, which inspired them to do more for the community. Their medical backgrounds and collective experiences inspired them to develop a plan to integrate access to multiple treatments in one place to take care of the whole person, helping patients reach their optimal level of wellness as a whole person, instead of addressing segregated, individual issues.   • Holly Brown is a Massachusetts licensed esthetician, oncology-trained specialist, educator, and founder of Looking & Feeling FAB, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to treating the skin side effects of cancer treatment through oncology skin care, massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and yoga.

    Living with Multiple Sclerosis and Sarcoidosis, Holly’s own chemotherapy-related skin reactions revealed a major gap in supportive cancer care and inspired her to create Looking & Feeling FAB in 2013. Since then, she has helped hundreds of cancer patients manage painful skin side effects, becoming a recognized leader in oncology esthetics and education.

    Holly has received numerous honors, including the Myra Kraft Community MVP Award and Massachusetts Volunteer of the Year, and has been featured in The Boston Globe, Dermascope, American Spa Magazine, and International Cancer Review.
